The search function and overall interface for this forum does kinda suck. At least for me personally, I have also had difficulty trying to dive into history. But hey, it's still a great forum and it doesn't cost us anything, I'm much more grateful than I am annoyed.

It could be worse, at least finding specific shows and sources here is about the easiest as you can make it. Try searching for things on Dime. I hate the search function there, I can never find what I'm looking for.

For example I once spent like an hour trying to figure out if this Hendrix recording that I was going to seed was on there. I couldn't find it, so I started a new torrent, only to have it get yanked because it had been banned some time before that for claiming to be an "official source" (looked to me like some ghetto European bootleg release, nothing official looking about it at all). I swapped some emails with the moderators, apologizing for posting a banned torrent, that I didn't mean it, how I spent so much time searching for it to make sure it hadn't already been seeded, etc. Then I just recommended that their search engine could use a little improvement. Then the mods just essentially said I was too stupid to figure out how to use it. But it's cool.
